Telluride's Yacht Club

The Telluride Yacht Club was founded by a small group of local water sport enthusiasts in the summer of 2023.  Yes, we are fairly new and don't have much history, but figured we could build a yacht club to take advantage of our lakes and rivers.  Why not enjoy organized competitive sailing, relaxed cruising, stand up paddle boarding and fishing during our summer months?   Our sailing season, typically June through September, has all the elements for an awesome sailing season. Not to mention the stunning beauty that surrounds our lakes and rivers.  While most of us enjoy the spectacular skiing here in Telluride, we do enjoy summer activities such as mountain biking, hiking and fishing, but there was no organized sailboat racing.  On that premise, the Telluride Yacht Club was born.  Want to learn more?
